The location is very convenient! It is within walking distance to main points of interest. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They are equipped with most things you would need! The coffee service in the lobby is convenient too.
The shower water pressure and temperature could be better. Sometimes, it was difficult to find a comfortable balance. I had to adjust it often.

The hotel's location is central, a real plus. My room included a COFFEE machine, and I certainly used it! The room was super clean, a definite win in my book. I also found the staff very responsive and friendly.
The room service menu was limited, with only a few options for late-night dining.

My room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was a nice touch. The room included a mini-fridge and a safe. The blackout curtains worked very well, and they blocked light effectively. I could control the room's temperature easily.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes available. A business center with two computers and a printer was very helpful. The pool area included twenty loungers. Free coffee and water were available in the lobby.

i noticed some noise from the street, especially in the evenings. the room i had was on a lower floor, so the street sounds were quite audible. the cleaning schedule was inconsistent, and i had to request service on certain days.

this place has a perfect location and i could easily walk around or grab a ride. the staff was super friendly and helpful they even gave great food recommendations. i loved the river view from my room it was so relaxing. plus the room was very clean and had all the amenities i needed
the hallways could use a little tlc the carpet felt a bit lumpy but it didn't bother me too much.

The room was spacious (I stayed in a Premium King River View), and the beds were comfortable. I had a lovely view of the river. The hotel offered complimentary coffee in the room and reception, a nice touch. The front desk staff was helpful and provided useful information regarding local attractions.
The valet parking process was slightly confusing initially, although the service itself was efficient.
